No Refund Policy

DIFFUSIT Tech Store operates on a no refund policy. All payments made for our products and services are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

  • You understand that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, except where expressly noted

2. Order Delivery

Once payment is received and the order is confirmed, we will begin processing and dispatch according to the agreed timeline. The confirmation and dispatch of your order constitute service delivery, and no refunds will be issued once dispatch has occurred.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. However, please note that:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment
  • Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will not result in a refund
  • All cancellation requests are subject to review at our sole discretion

4. Product Modifications & Exchanges

If you require modifications to your order (such as a different colour or variant) before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch, modifications or exchanges may only be considered for damaged or defective items, and additional charges may apply.

If you have any concerns or complaints about our products or services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please understand that:

  • Refunds will not be issued as a default resolution method

  • Product replacements, repairs (under brand warranty), or store credit may be offered at our discretion

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Any issues related to payment processing should be directed to the respective payment processor. DIFFUSIT Tech Store is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by third parties.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise (such as a product not being available after order confirmation). In such cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed even in exceptional circumstances
  • Any resolution will be at our sole discretion
  • Alternative solutions such as store credit or replacement may be offered instead of refunds

8. Warranty & Brand Backup

Products sold by DIFFUSIT Tech Store may carry an official brand warranty. Warranty claims must be processed directly through the brand's authorized service centres according to their terms. DIFFUSIT will assist with the initial coordination wherever possible but is not the warrantor for third-party brand products.
